Step 2 – Book Time Slot
Once booked, you’ll receive a detailed intake form, a disclosure to read and sign, and your video call link. This helps me get a clear picture of where you are and how I can best support you.

Step 3 – Initial Consultation (30 Minutes)
This is a no-pressure, sacred space to unpack your goals, habits, and challenges. It’s all about understanding YOU—your body, your story, and your spirit. I’ll also walk you through what to expect if you decide to move forward with a full consultation.

Step 4 – Personalized Consultation (60 Minutes)
If you decide to continue, we’ll dive into your tailored nutrition and wellness plan made for you. You’ll receive personalized nutrition suggestions lifestyle suggestions rooted in faith, supported by simple strategies and resources that work for you. This includes food suggestions, hydration tips, supplementation if needed, and spiritual encouragement aligned with your walk.

Step 5 – Check-In (30 Days Later)
You’ll receive a complimentary follow-up session to celebrate your progress, assess what’s working, and refine your plan. I want to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
