4 WEEK BUNDLE w. MENTAL HEALTH COACHING

What's Included:

- Initial Assessment: We'll explore your fitness level, nutrition habits, and mental health in detail to create a solid foundation. This in-depth assessment ensures your program is tailored to your unique needs and goals

- 4 week personalized Fitness Plan: I’ll design a 6-week workout plan (home and/or gym) that aligns with your goals and current fitness level, whether you're aiming for strength, endurance, or overall well-being. The plan is challenging yet achievable, helping you make steady progress. 

- 4 week individualized Meal Plan: Your meal plan will be customized to your nutritional needs and lifestyle, complete with recipes and grocery lists. This ensures you’re eating foods that support your goals while being enjoyable and sustainable.

- Weekly Coaching Sessions: Each week, we’ll have a 1-hour video call where I integrate my expertise and experience with women’s mental health. We will challenge negative thought patterns that have held you back long enough and implement adaptive ways of thinking and acting to create life lasting change. We will also assess progress and tweak plans as needed. 

- Ongoing Support: You’ll have access to ongoing support via e-mail or text for any questions or challenges that arise between sessions. I’m here to provide guidance, motivation, and support whenever you need it.

AND MENTAL HEALTH COACHING:

- Understanding You Your Goals: We'll start by discussing your struggles, whether they stem from lack of motivation, self-doubt, or the pressure of juggling multiple roles. I want to know what’s been holding you back so we can work together to break down those barriers.

- Routine and Self-Care Planning: Together, we will break the stigma of not having enough hours in the day. We’d create a routine that incorporates time for self-care, exercise and nutrition while balancing work, motherhood or any of life’s other demands. This would include breaking down your weekly schedule on a day-to-day basis to find specific times for workouts and meal planning.

- Healthy Sleep Habits: We'd explore your current sleep patterns and discuss strategies for improving sleep quality, such as establishing a health conscious bedtime routine, creating a restful environment, and addressing any sleep disruptions so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

- Stress Management: I'd guide you through stress management techniques, like mindfulness, deep breathing exercises, or other relaxation methods. We would also identify potential stressors and develop healthy coping strategies by fostering resilience and mental strength.

- Exploring Meaning and Purpose: Lastly, we'd dive into your sense of meaning and purpose. This means spending time exploring what truly matters to you. Whether it’s your career, family, or personal growth, I want to help you find a deeper sense of meaning and purpose that drives you to be the best version of yourself.
