A monthly woodland journey through the cycles of nature
ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
This is an invitation to slow down.
Once a month, we’ll gather in the woodland where we walk with land gently with the rhythm of the season, not to rush, not to strive, but to remember how it feels to move in harmony with nature and your own inner landscape.
These walks are barefoot where the land allows (always optional), guided by breath, presence, and the quiet wisdom of the trees and gentle foraging. We’ll wander together into a peaceful clearing, where I’ll guide a seasonal meditation, sometimes accompanied by my drum or flute.
Afterwards, we’ll journal, share warmth from our flasks, and enjoy a simple lunch together beneath the canopy, grounded, nourished, and held.
This is not a fitness walk.
It’s a soul walk.
A monthly pause.
A gentle return to yourself.
WHAT EACH MONTH INCLUDES
A slow, mindful woodland walk
Optional barefoot grounding
Gentle breathwork and forest bathing
A guided seasonal meditation in the clearing
Drum or flute accompaniment (weather and energy depending)
Journalling with seasonal prompts
Shared flask time and simple lunch
A warm, welcoming circle of women
Each month aligns with the natural cycle of the year, winter rest, spring awakening, summer fire, and autumn release.
As part of our February woodland walk, we’ll pause with Alder (Fearn) the tree of courage, balance, and right action. Often found at the water’s edge, Alder stands rooted in feeling, while holding a steady inner fire.
Still bare of leaf, she carries her catkins as a quiet sign that strength and resolve are already forming beneath the surface. Here, you’ll be gently guided to slow down, ground yourself, and listen to what is stirring within. Alder invites you to stand in your truth with compassion, to honour emotion without being overwhelmed by it, before we continue our walk together

No previous experience is needed just a willingness to walk gently and be present.

Location: Woodland location shared after booking
Duration: Approximately 2.5–3 hours
What to bring:
Journal and pen
Flask with a warm drink
Simple lunch or snack
spare cup for tea ceremonyÂ
Comfortable clothing and layers
Shoes suitable for walking and optional barefoot time
Optional sit mat or small blanket
Barefoot walking is always optional and guided with care and safety.
