Build your simple Self-Care Routine in 30 days
You'd love to feel calmer and more grounded but you're not sure where to start or how to find the time.
This is just a really simple and lovely way to develop self care habits over a 30 day period to achieve just that.
We start by having a phone or video chat, identify self care activities you'd really like to start or be more consistent at and make a plan. It may be short 5 minute activities during the day or bigger things you really want to find space for.
I then encourage and support you with prompts, nudges and messages each day using WhatsApp, or a platform you prefer, to think about what self care looks like each day and how you will make it happen.
We explore what works, what doesn't and refine your approach over the 30 days so that thinking about self care each day becomes normal and fitting it in feels natural and manageable.
