My Story
I created this roadmap after years of feeling trapped in the same emotional cycles.
I drank to numb my life.
I questioned whether I wanted to keep living.
For nearly two decades, I searched for answers. Therapy, books, podcasts, affirmations, medicationsâI was willing to try almost anything because I genuinely wanted to feel better.
