Evaughn Person is a seasoned real estate professional, serving as the CEO and Broker of Platinum Choice Property Management & Realty Services Inc., based in Miami, Florida.

With a degree in Business Marketing and over a decade of hands-on experience, Evaughn brings strong knowledge and real-world insight to every client and transaction. She began her career in 2007 as a leasing agent, working with tax credit properties, and has steadily grown her career through dedication and consistency. She earned her Real Estate Sales Associate license in 2013, her Certified Property Management designation in 2015, and her Real Estate Broker’s License in 2021.

In 2023, she became a Moseley Certified Real Estate Instructor for both Sales Associates and Brokers, as well as an RPR Certified Trainer through the National Association of Realtors. She also holds a Florida Notary Public commission and is licensed as a Florida Insurance Broker and Agency owner under Legacy Lux Capital Insurance Group.

Evaughn continues to expand her professional impact through leadership and service. She proudly serves as the Education Chair and Board Member at Large for the National Association of Real Estate Brokers South Florida Chapter (NAREB South Florida / SFBOR), where she plays a key role in advancing education, community outreach, and industry growth.

Her expertise spans residential sales, leasing, and property management, allowing her to provide clients with full-service real estate solutions. Known for her structured approach and strong business standards, she ensures every client receives clear guidance from start to finish.

Evaughn is also deeply committed to mentoring and educating the next generation of real estate professionals. She offers training and coaching for new agents and brokers, helping them build strong foundations in the business. To maintain quality and commitment, all mentorship services are offered through structured, paid sessions.
